Question 1

What does Get Cash Today actually mean?

Accepted Answer

Once we estimate your refund, our banking partner can advance you up to 50% of that amount, often the same day you finish your return. The rest arrives when the IRS sends your refund.

Question 2

Is the advance really 0% interest?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The advance is 0% interest with no finance charges on the advance itself. You just pay the flat fee when your refund is funded.

Question 3

What if my refund is less than expected?

Accepted Answer

Your advance is based on an estimate. If your final refund is smaller, the advance is adjusted. You never owe more than your actual refund.

Question 4

How fast do I get my advance?

Accepted Answer

Most advances are sent within hours of finishing and signing your return, often the same day once verified.

Question 5

What documents do I need?

Accepted Answer

Just your W-2 form. Snap a photo or upload a PDF and we read the numbers for you. Have your ID handy for verification.

Question 6

Do you handle business or corporation taxes?

Accepted Answer

No. We focus on W-2 and 1099 income only, which keeps things simple and affordable.

Question 7

When do I pay the fee?

Accepted Answer

Never upfront. The flat fee comes out of your refund automatically once it is funded by the IRS. If there is no refund, there is no fee.
